You can request a refund by emailing info@nordparrot.com from the email address associated with your account and including your Paddle Order ID. We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate or direct the refund through Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
We offer a 14-day refund period for all initial subscription purchases and upgrades, applicable worldwide. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
However, we reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or excessive usage inconsistent with the service's regular use.Renewals and downgrades are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, access to paid features will end. Any published content or data linked to paid functionality becomes unavailable. In this case, the user will be able to access the Control Panel, but will not be able to publish a new menu or access published ones.
