Any changes will take effect upon posting on the Website.

1. General Conditions of Use

Nord MENU provides an online menu management system with QR code generation for restaurants.You agree to use Nord MENU only for its intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and good practices, with due regard for personal rights, personal data, copyright, and intellectual property.Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Full functionality of the Website requires a paid subscription.

If a subscription payment lapses, access to the client panel remains possible, but:

  • Published menus will become inaccessible.
  • It will not be possible to publish or republish menus.

If your personal data changes, you must update it promptly to maintain an active subscription.You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is violent, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

This Service grants you a limited license, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:

  • Published menus will become inaccessible.
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of Nord MENU.
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
  • Transfer or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, malicious, or unintended purposes.

2. Account Deletion and Suspension

We retain your information until you cancel your account or your account remains inactive for two years. If you wish to cancel your account, please get in touch with us at info@nordparrot.com. If your account is inactive for two years, we will notify you and allow two weeks to reactivate or retrieve your data before deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend access to the client panel if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Payments are overdue.
  • Your actions harm Nord MENU’s reputation or integrity.

Suspension may be temporary or indefinite. During suspension, you cannot log in or use the service.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your transaction is with Paddle.com, not directly with Nord MENU.
  • Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and billing-related support.
  • Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all transactions.
  • Nord MENU is not liable for payment processing issues or disputes arising from Paddle’s platform or services.

4. Subscriptions and Billing Terms

Recurring Billing:

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method regularly (monthly, biannually, or annually) at the then-current rate for your selected plan, until you cancel.

Price Changes:

We may change subscription fees at any time with reasonable advance notice. New prices take effect on the next billing cycle. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before renewal.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons:

  • Your published menus will become inaccessible.
  • New menus cannot be published or republished.
  • An automated email notification will be sent to the registered account email.
  • Access will be restored once payment is successfully processed by Paddle.

Invoices:

Invoices are sent to your account email after each payment and can be downloaded via your Paddle account.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you will retain access until then.

Refunds:

Refunds are managed in accordance with our Refund Policy.We offer a 14-day refund period worldwide for initial subscription purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

6. Plan Changes and Proration

When you change your plan:

  • A proration credit for the unused portion of your current subscription will be applied toward your new plan.
  • Credits are calculated based on the monetary value of the unused portion, not the remaining time.
  • If the new plan costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If the new plan costs less, your credit may cover a shorter remaining service period.

You must ensure that your account email address is valid and monitored. We use this email to send invoices, payment notices, and essential service communications.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.Nord MENU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use or inability to use the Service.

This limitation applies to damages caused by:

  • Service failures or interruptions.
  • External attacks, data loss, or downtime.
  • Force majeure events or third-party disruptions.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and their use of the Service.All use is at your own risk.Disputes arising under these Terms will be handled by the court competent for the place where our registered office is located.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All rights to the Website, its content, design, and software are owned by Nord MENU or licensed third parties and protected by law.You are granted only a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Website as intended.You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access rights.We may terminate this license immediately if you violate these Terms.

9. Technical Interruptions

We strive to ensure stable operation of the Website, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues beyond our control.Whenever possible, technical breaks will be scheduled to minimize disruption.We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection or third-party service failures.

10. Our Obligations and Limitations

We commit to maintaining service availability and quality within reasonable limits.

Our liability does not apply in cases of:

  • Improper or non-compliant use of the Service.
  • Internet connectivity issues.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Force majeure events.
